Our membership spoke and we listened! The 2023 Manitoba Chapter AGM is moving from a full day in-person to a virtual evening event to improve accessibility and better meet the needs of our members.

The link and information to join the Zoom meeting will be sent via email. If you would like assistance ensuring that your technology works to join, please contact us and we would be happy to schedule a test meeting prior to the event.

The date of our AGM remains unchanged – March 23rd – though it and will be an evening event (5pm to 8pm) rather than a full day. The planned agenda but will be packed, including speakers, the business meeting, awards ceremony, photo contest results and election results. The details will be finalized shortly. The minutes of the past AGM will be made available to members, along with a detailed agenda. Thanks to the leaps forward in virtual meetings we will even be able to host the silent auction and we have some fantastic items for people to bid on!

We would like to thank everyone who registered, submitted abstracts and agreed to speak at our event. We are pleased that the virtual option will allow even more people to hear those speakers! We will be issuing refunds for those who registered for the in-person meeting.
